Following is a detailed breakdown of what an AllDiesels C12 rebuild consists of:

• The engine will be completely stripped, the block inspected, acid bathed and chemically cleaned.
• The block, crankshaft and cylinder head are sent away for relevant inspections and machining.
• New pistons, rings and liners.
• New main bearings, thrust bearings, connecting rod bearings and camshaft bearings.
• Either a new cylinder head or a cylinder head fully reconditioned with new valves, springs, guides, seals, collets, injector tubes, etc.
• New or reconditioned camshaft
• New or reconditioned injectors
• New or reconditioned oil cooler
• New water pump and thermostat
• Full overhaul gasket and seal kits installed.

• Engine set up on dyno and run in under load, ensuring oil pressure, turbocharger boost pressure, coolant temperature, thermostat operation, exhaust temperature, smoke condition and crankcase pressure (blowby/breathing) are all within correct running parameters.

• Engine is thoroughly washed and painted in new Caterpillar yellow with black rocker covers

• Engine is sold with a 12 month/100,000km warranty.
