- New camshaft bearings.
- New or reconditioned cylinder head casting
- New cylinder head components (new valves, springs, seats, guides, injector tubes, retainers, collets etc). Cylinder heads are fitted with high performance Inconel valves.
- New or reconditioned camshaft
- New or reconditioned rocker shafts
- New or reconditioned rocker arm assemblies
- New or reconditioned injectors
- New or reconditioned turbocharger
- New or reconditioned water pump
- New fuel lift pump
- New thermostats
- New or reconditioned air compressor
- New or reconditioned oil cooler core
- New or reconditioned oil pump
- Full upper, central and lower, front and rear structure gasket and seal kits installed

- Engine set up on dyno and run in under load, ensuring oil pressure, turbocharger boost pressure, coolant temperature, thermostat operation, exhaust temperature, smoke condition and crankcase pressure (blowby/breathing) are all within correct running parameters.

- Engine is thoroughly washed and painted in new Cat yellow with black rocker covers.
