Following is a detailed breakdown of what the average complete out of chassis rebuild will consist of: (we can customize your build to suit individual requirements)

• We will be starting off with a fresh running engine that has not had any major failures, all parts inspected and chemically cleaned
• The block, crankshaft and cylinder head are sent away for relevant inspections and machining.
• Once the block and crankshaft return, new piston/liner kits and all bearings/seals installed (main bearings, connecting rod bearings, camshaft bearing, thrust bearings, front and rear crank oil seals)
• Cylinder head fully reconditioned with new valves, springs, seals, collets etc.
• Full out-of-chassis gasket and seal kit installed
• New or reconditioned camshaft
• New or reconditioned injectors
• New or reconditioned fuel pump
• New or reconditioned water pump
• New thermostat
• New or reconditioned oil pump
• New or reconditioned oil cooler
• New or reconditioned turbocharger
• If your engine is supplied to us while we are doing the rebuild we will refit all of your motors "bolt on accessories" such as starter motor, alternator, flywheel housing etc.
• Engine set up on dyno and run in under load, ensuring oil pressure, turbocharger boost pressure, coolant temperature, thermostat operation, exhaust temperature, smoke condition and crankcase pressure (blowby/breathing) are all within correct running parameters.
• Engine is thoroughly washed and painted
• 12 months/100,000km warranty
